BIOs: Dawn Bryant has served as Vice President of Human Resources for North Kansas City Hospital since 2015. She previously served as Senior VP of HR at a health care system in Hartford, CT, and as VP of HR and Organizational Development at another health care system and a managed health care organization, both in Kansas City, MO. Throughout her years in HR, recruitment and retention of a talented workforce have been the most challenging and rewarding aspects of her career. Dawn earned a master’s degree in clinical evaluative sciences from Dartmouth College and also holds a BS degree in education from the University of Kansas. Tracy Luedke, MBA, SHRM – SCP, has over 27 years’ experience working in human resources in a variety of industries including health care, financial services/technology, real estate, and other service industries. She takes a hands-on approach to getting work done, while participating in and developing strategic HR initiatives to improve the overall people experience. Tracy strives to transform HR into a strategic business partner focusing on best-in-class HR practices while supporting strategic business goals. Currently she is the Human Resources Manager for Meritas Health where she oversees the HR function for 950 employees in 30 locations.
