She spent many years as a Healthcare Executive leading family and specialty clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and other ancillary services. She is passionate about coaching leaders and teams, inspiring and  elevating individuals, and building organizations. While working as an Executive, Dee was asked to speak and consult with other physicians and facilities. This led to her true mission. She began CorPlasia Advisors, LLC.
