Bio

Andrea Wyatt is the CEO of OSI Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Kansas City. She also serves as the Executive Director of GKC MGMA and is currently the President of Missouri MGMA. In her 35+ years of experience as a healthcare executive, Andrea has learned how to function and maintain her sanity in the fast-paced environment that is medical practice management.

With an MBA and Fellow status in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), Andrea brings a strong foundation in healthcare operations, strategy, and leadership development. Her work emphasizes aligning well-being with performance, helping leaders build clarity, emotional intelligence, and resilience, while meeting the demands of modern healthcare systems.

She is a mother of 4 and grandmother to 1. In her spare time, you can find her traveling, camping, biking, hiking, kayaking, or any number of outdoor activities with her husband of 30 years.

Ms. Fischer is a Senior HR Services Advisor for CBIZ Human Capital Advisory Services in the St. Louis, Missouri office. She brings over twenty-five years of experience in providing HR and compensation consulting services as an external consultant, as well as internally within corporate management teams.

Ms. Fischer has significant experience in all facets of human resources, including broad based compensation design and analysis, employee and leadership development, policy and procedure design and implementation, compliance, organizational assessment, mergers and acquisitions, and systems integration. She has worked across multiple industries as both a consultant and a business leader.

Ms. Fischer obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri- Columbia, with an emphasis in Finance. She also received her Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree from the University, majoring in Human Resources Management.

Luke has more than 20 years of experience providing a wide range of tax and accounting services to closely held companies, high-net-worth

individuals, and fiduciaries. Luke is a member of the Forvis Mazars Physician Enterprise practice and focuses his time in assisting physicians, their

practices, and ancillary entities with implementation and coordination of tax strategies between the related entities and individuals.

He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and past-chair the Heart of America Tax Institute. Luke currently serves on the boards for Life

Unlimited and St. Pius X High School.

Luke is a 2004 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, with a B.S. degree in accounting, and a 2005 graduate with an M.B.A.

Adam Pople, MBA, FACHE, FACMPE

Bio: Adam Pople is a healthcare leader and entrepreneur currently based in Cape Girardeau, MO.  He currently serves as the Director of Ambulatory Acceleration for Saint Francis Healthcare System, where he works to bring strategy and operations together to proactively address challenges. He has experience in a diverse range of healthcare settings, including durable medical equipment, non-surgical specialties, primary care, urgent care, and surgical specialties, in both private practice and healthcare systems.

Adam is also the owner of The Breast Boutique, a bra, lymphedema, and mastectomy- focused specialty store in Cape Girardeau, reflecting his commitment to patient-centered services beyond a traditional clinic or hospital setting.

Adam received an MBA from West Texas A&M University, an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Montana State University.  He achieved the status of Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives in January of 2023, and followed that by achieving the status of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives in November of 2023.

He is active in professional advocacy, serving as the legislative liaison for Missouri MGMA, and he is the Southeast Missouri ACHE Vice Chair for the Learning and Planning Committee. Adam also volunteers his time to community programs, coaching a National Archery in Schools Program, and teaching hunter education courses

Legislative advocacy provides an opportunity to move beyond reacting to regulatory changes and instead actively influence the decisions being made at the state and federal levels.
