Redesigning Physician Compensation for a Value-Driven Future

This presentation outlines a practical, data-driven approach to designing and implementing compensation plans that promote alignment across productivity, quality, access, and financial performance. Through real-world case studies, it demonstrates how modern compensation models—incorporating base pay, productivity incentives, and value-based metrics—can improve provider engagement, enhance recruitment and retention, increase productivity, and reduce operating subsidies.
