Bio

Ericka Beeler is a seasoned healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in business development and revenue growth within the healthcare delivery system. In her role as Surgery Center Administrator, Ericka managed a $43M operation and increased EBITDA by 6% in just six months. Her strategic efforts in physician recruitment led to a 10% increase in surgical volume, while her implementation of a Just Culture resulted in exceptional employee engagement and patient satisfaction scores. As Vice President of Business Development at a 590-bed Level 1 ACS Trauma Center, she achieved a 31% increase in robotic volume and a 45% increase in the solid organ transplant referral pipeline through targeted sales structures and innovative processes.

Ericka's expertise extends to her role as Regional Director of Business Development for a 700-bed health system, where she led the organization through significant growth, increasing EBITDA from 1% to 22%. She developed and executed successful strategies in oncology, orthopedics, and neuroscience, generating millions in net revenue and additional surgical cases annually. Ericka's leadership in physician recruitment and retention, along with her implementation of cash pay strategies and EMS liaison programs, has consistently driven service line growth and improved system efficiencies.
