Recognizing and Addressing Bullying in Medical Offices: Protecting Staff and Patients

When I hear “bullying” I immediately think of elementary school boys hitting or threatening each other.  But in reality, there is much more bullying around us in our workplaces than we sometimes realize.  The end goal of this presentation is to equip practice managers, HR managers, and even some key staff members with a sense of how to address and even prevent bullying.  This can only begin, though, with being able to recognize verbal and even subtle bullying.
