"Why Do I Do Paperwork?"

Speaker:  Scott Walterbach, JD, GKC Board BP at Large

Because paperwork is critical on the back end of the revenue cycle. And without a back end, it’s not a cycle.

Learning Points:

  • Whether you outsource bad debt or not, this presentation is for you.
  • When you know how courts work on the back end, you can adjust what you do on the front end.
  • And that makes you more intentional, purposeful & robust.
  • And that should give you confidence in an uncertain world.
